Hey Everybody

LRB played all the hits plus a few extras. No original members are left, but bassist/vocalist Wayne Nelson has been with the band 40+ years. He carried almost all lead vocals including songs that predated his tenure in the band. In my opinion he is not quite the singer Glen Sherrock is, but was good nonetheless. Wayne was very engaging with the audience. Particularly humorous was when he noted how many people took a restroom break during the newer songs. The show was close to 2 hours. The venue was sold out, which apparently is a rarity. It was the first time we had trouble dining somewhere close before the show. It is hard to pick a favorite song, as there are about 5 or 6 of their songs I really like. "It's a Long Way There" may have been the most notable to me, maybe because it was the opener, or maybe because it's a great song that wasn't a big hit.
